2. Purpose of the site

The site is informational. It lists our barbering, grooming and specialty coffee services, plus contact information for current and prospective customers in Timișoara and surroundings.

Bookings are made via Fresha (external system), phone, WhatsApp or directly at the salon. The site does not process bookings directly.

3. Acceptance of terms

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

4. Services and prices

Prices shown on the site are indicative, in Romanian lei (RON), valid as of the last update. Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable final price is the one shown on Fresha at booking time, or the one communicated at the salon before the service starts.

Some services may take more or less time than the indicated durations, depending on each customer's specifics.

5. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed by automatic SMS or email. Please confirm to keep your slot.
Cancellations can be made directly in Fresha, by phone at 0356 465 744 or via WhatsApp at +40 742 474 284, at least 2 hours before the booked time.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may limit your ability to book again.

6. Payment

Payment is made directly at the salon, after the service. We accept cash and card. We do not accept online payments through the site.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Per Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does NOT apply to personal-care services performed at the customer's request (Art. 16(n)). Once the service has been delivered, the payment due cannot be refused.

9. Intellectual property

Site content (text, photographs, the "3rd Generation London" trademark, logo, design) belongs to 3RD GENERATION LONDON SRL or is used with permission. It cannot be copied, redistributed or used commercially without our written consent.

10. Customer reviews

Reviews shown on the site are extracted verbatim from Google Business Profile and/or Fresha, with original authors. They are personal opinions of customers and do not guarantee identical results for every visitor.

11. External links

The site contains links to third-party sites (Fresha, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, ANPC). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it. Use them per their own terms.

12. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee absence of errors. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the site.

13. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms. The current version is indicated at the top of the document. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Timișoara.
