Cookie policy

Note: This is a courtesy English translation. The Romanian version is the legally binding text per Romanian law.

In short

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies to function (Cloudflare anti-bot). For the interactive Google Map in the "Visit us" section, we ask for your consent via a banner — Google sets its own cookies when the map loads. No tracking, marketing or third-party analytics cookies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved by your browser that allow a site to remember certain information about your visit.

2. Our cookie categories

2.1. Strictly necessary (always on)

These are strictly necessary and do not require separate consent (per GDPR Art. 5(3) and the ePrivacy Directive). They do not set a personal identifier.

2.2. Google Map (consent required)

For the interactive Google Map in the "Visit us" section we ask for your consent via a banner. If you accept, the map loads and Google sets the following cookies for fraud detection and personalisation:

If you decline the "Google Map" category, the map does NOT load and no Google cookie is set. Instead of the map you see a placeholder with the address and a link to Google Maps in a new tab.

3. How you exercise your choice

On first visit a banner appears with three equal-prominence options: Accept all / Reject all / Settings.
With Settings you choose by category (currently only "Google Map" is optional).
You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Rejection is just as easy as acceptance (per the EDPB symmetry principle).

4. Cookies we do NOT use

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or other marketing tracking tools.
We do not use ad-personalisation cookies.
We do not sell visit data to third parties.

5. Third-party services that set cookies on their own pages

Links on the site lead to third-party services that use their own cookies (cookies we don't control):

Fresha (booking) — see the Fresha policy.
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok — their own policies when you visit them.

These cookies are set only if you click those links and navigate to their sites.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

Beyond our banner, you can delete or block cookies directly from your browser:

Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
Safari: Preferences → Privacy
Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking the __cf_bm cookie may cause the site to flag you as suspicious traffic and present CAPTCHA challenges.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if we change the site's technology. The current version is indicated at the top of the document. If we bump the consent version (e.g. add a new category), the banner will reappear so you can re-confirm.
