Hereinafter, "we", "the company" or "3rd Generation London".

2. About this policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect about you through our website 3rd-generation-london-website.pages.dev (or, after we acquire our own domain, 3rdgeneration.ro), why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have regarding it.

The policy complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018 on the implementation of GDPR.

3. What data we collect

3.1. The site does not use a contact form

3rd Generation London does not collect personal data via web forms. Bookings are made through Fresha (a separate operator — see their policy) or directly by phone / WhatsApp / email. The data you share in conversation or message is processed solely to confirm your booking and deliver the requested service.

3.2. Data collected automatically when you visit the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes server-side:

This data is used solely for security and performance. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any marketing tracking tools. See the Cookie policy for details.

3.3. Google Maps (with consent)

The "Visit us" section contains an interactive Google Map. The map does NOT load until you give consent via a cookie banner (on first visit) or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. If you accept, your browser contacts Google's servers and Google sets its own cookies (NID, AEC, SOCS, 1P_JAR) — details in the Cookie policy §2.2.

If you decline, you see a placeholder with the address and a link to Google Maps in a new tab. Google is a separate data controller when the map is loaded — see Google's privacy policy.

8. Complaints to the supervisory authority

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP): B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, postal code 010336. Web: dataprotection.ro.

9. Security

The site uses HTTPS (TLS encryption). Our processors hold security certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2). We will notify ANSPDCP within 72 hours of any security incident affecting your data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is indicated at the top of the document. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
